The supplier will send the products to the address provided by the buyer. For each shipment, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.
The order form corresponding to the order will be available at Yumilab, once the payment is confirmed, and can be consulted via the link "my orders", from the mail. This order form will include transport costs and VAT.
Yumilab asks its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying the domicile, office or center where they wish to receive the delivery. The delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 business days for Spain, 10 to 15 business days for the rest of Europe and 3 to 4 weeks for the United States and Canada (except express transport chosen: 1 week).
During the months of August and December, and due to the holiday period, the delivery time will be 3 weeks for Spain and 4 weeks for the rest of Europe and 1 month for the United States and Canada.
Yumilab will inform the customer of the shipment by sending him an email.
Each delivery is considered finalized from the delivery of the product to the customer by the carrier, the acceptance control system of the later being proof. It is the responsibility of the consignee, at the time of delivery, to verify the order and to make at that time the reserves and claims that he considers relevant. He has the possibility to reject delivery if the package has been opened or shows signs of deterioration.
